How your parcel reaches you

Delivery time is counted from the day the parcel is dispatched. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

When will my order be dispatched?

How long does delivery take?
In the Nordic countries, the package usually arrives within 1–2 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery time depends on the country and the carrier. You can start training straight away: hold a hand over your eye instead of the eye patch until the package arrives.
Can I start training straight away, or do I have to wait for the package?
You can easily start straight away. It takes a few days for the equipment to arrive – until then, hold a hand over your eye in the exercises that use the eye patch.
