TestYourEyes.com, TrainYourEyes.com, and Online.TrainYourEyes are owned and operated by TrainYourEyes.com ApS, Denmark (hereinafter collectively referred to as TYE).
By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions. All purchases are binding, and payment must be made in accordance with the stated terms. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated on the applicable terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to one-time purchases, bundled packages, monthly, and annual subscriptions created on or after July 1, 2025.
If you do not accept the terms—or any changes made to them—you must immediately cancel your subscription and stop using the TestYourEyes.com and Online.TrainYourEyes.com platforms.
2. Payment and Fees
By default, you purchase a complete package including 3 months of unlimited training and testing. You will be notified before the 3 months expire to choose whether to stop or continue. If you choose to stop, access will automatically end. If you choose to continue with monthly payments, you will enter a subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. By creating a subscription, you consent to TYE charging the subscription fee and applicable taxes/fees to your selected payment method.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Subscriptions and digital training programs
When purchasing online training programs from TrainYourEyes (TYE) and any subsequent subscriptions, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, the right of withdrawal lapses if:
• you have expressly consented to the training starting immediately after purchase, and
• you have simultaneously acknowledged that your right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement.
This typically occurs through acceptance during the checkout process.
Once the training has started under these conditions, the purchase cannot be cancelled, and the payment will not be refunded.
If you cancel a subscription during an active subscription period, access will continue until the end of the period, but no refund will be given for the remaining time.
In special cases, TYE may choose to grant a credit or discount, but this is solely at our discretion and does not create any future entitlement to compensation.
Purchase of goods – 14-day right of withdrawal
When purchasing physical goods (e.g. training equipment, including equipment included in training packages), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The equipment included in the training package constitutes 1/4 of the total price.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The notice must include:
• Order number (if applicable)
• Name and address
• Product name(s) and quantity

Returns
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.
Returned goods must:
• Be in the same condition as upon receipt (you may have examined the goods)
• Be returned in proper packaging

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods or documentation that they have been returned, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than our standard delivery, the additional cost will not be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or documentation that have been returned.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Depreciation
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Cancellation
The training package includes 3 months of access to the training platform and expires automatically at the end of the access period.
There is no automatic renewal and no cancellation is required.
If you subsequently choose to purchase additional months, a recurring subscription will be created.
This subscription may be cancelled at any time via "Cancel Subscription".
If you purchased through a third party, you must cancel through that third party.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, TYE will automatically attempt to charge the amount again.
Changes to your payment method may affect your renewal date.
6. Eligibility for Promotions
TYE reserves the right to determine whether you are eligible for a promotion. The terms will be outlined in the campaign materials.
7. Changes and Testing
TYE reserves the right to test new features and continuously modify content, prices, and subscription types—both for individual users and more broadly.
Any additional terms for new features will be presented before activation.
8. Subscriptions via Third Parties
If you purchased your subscription through a third party:The third party is responsible for billing, cancellation, and any applicable refunds.
• TYE is not responsible for their services.
• You must follow their instructions for cancellation.
