Discovered vision below the legal limit — can now judge distances, read signs, and park confidently again.
I had never really thought that I might not see well enough in traffic — I only noticed problems reading subtitles on TV. But during the Traffic Vision Test, the skilled optometrists discovered that my vision was severely reduced — actually below the legal limit. They quickly made me a pair of glasses, and now I can clearly see curbs, road signs, other vehicles, and my dashboard, and I’ve become much better at judging distances. I can even do a reverse parallel park — something I was never able to do before! Now I can also position myself in the correct lane well in advance because I can finally see the road signs from far away. I recommend that everyone take the Traffic Vision Test!Lillian

The vision training had a clear impact and was noticed across the team.
We run vision training programs with all our goalkeepers, but Michael was the first where the effect was this significant. He struggled with depth perception, and the program helped resolve that. Several players who didn’t even know he was in training noticed his rapid improvement.Source: club statementMorten Cramer

The test revealed an extreme recovery time after glare — equivalent to 700 meters of blurred vision at highway speed.
My only real vision problem while driving is that I often end up looking straight into the headlights of oncoming traffic at night, and then I’m dazzled for a long time afterwards. When TrainYourEyes performed the Traffic Vision Test on me, they found that it took me 25 seconds to regain clear vision after being dazzled. That means if I’m driving at 100 km/h, I’m covering 700 meters with blurred vision.Mimi

I regained better binocular vision and depth perception — and I can read, use my computer, and drive again.
After suffering a blood clot in the brain, I had blind spots in my right eye, and the eyes no longer worked together. It caused problems with reading, orientation, and driving. Through the training, I’ve regained better binocular vision and depth perception, and the eye muscles and sluggishness have been retrained. I can now read books, use my computer, and even drive again.Erling

Improved focus and distance judgment, significantly lowering her golf handicap.
Victoria completed 3–4 months of sports vision training and improved her handicap from 3.1 to 2.1. “My vision problems made it difficult to judge distances. The eye exercises improved my focus and my ability to read the green. I now strike the ball exactly where I intend.Source: Team DanmarkVictoria Amstrup

Mads no longer sees double and school has become much easier—especially reading and writing.
No one knew that Mads saw double all the time. About a year and a half ago, his world looked completely different — he saw everything twice, and nobody knew what was wrong. He saw double at all distances, and neither his parents nor teachers realized it. His school had recently decided to test all young students’ vision and binocular function through Maria Beadle from TrainYourEyes. That’s when they discovered why Mads constantly looked out the window, seemed unfocused, avoided eye contact with adults, and didn’t want to play ball games — because he literally saw two of everything. His binocular vision was severely impaired. Everyone was shocked — especially Mads, who became quite upset when he realized his vision was “wrong.” “But it also looks double when I look in other people’s books!” “I had double vision from birth. We had our vision tested at school, and that’s when I found out I saw two of everything,” says Mads Milde Kjeldal. “I didn’t think anything was wrong — I thought it was normal. I thought everyone saw two of everything, because when I looked in Malika’s book, she had two of everything too.” Thankfully, it was discovered — and after six months of TrainYourEyes training, Mads no longer sees double. He’s finished the program, and school life has become much easier. “I’m better at reading now. Before, I could figure out what it said because I got used to seeing two, but it wasn’t easy — sometimes the letters overlapped when I wrote.” His teacher describes Mads as an “exceptionally sharp” student who managed to learn to read among the first in class despite his condition. “The problem is for children who don’t have Mads’ intellect. If they don’t learn to read in 1st or 2nd grade, it becomes very hard to catch up. What then? Should they repeat a year or be placed in special education? There’s no system for children who can’t read by 3rd grade.Mads

Even minor vision issues can affect coordination and balance—and be damaging for elite athletes’ development.
During vision testing, several players were found to have vision issues that may have negatively affected coordination and balance — and therefore their golf performance. These issues typically wouldn’t cause major problems for ‘ordinary people’. But when working with elite athletes, even the smallest vision problems can be detrimental to a player’s development.” (Quote from TeamDanmark.dk)Source: Team DanmarkMagnus Landström

After four months, her life changed: happier, creative, and calm/confident.
For seven years, Teresa saw double whenever she tried to read. She often felt stupid and became sad or angry. Now, after four months, her life has completely changed. We have a completely different child now — she’s happy, she’s started drawing and painting, and it turns out she’s very creative. When she used to see double, there was no joy in drawing. She’s no longer angry or frustrated — she’s calm and confident in a way she never was before, says her mother, Irene.Teresa

Heidi improved ball reception and peripheral vision—on elite level, even small margins matter.
At this level, even small margins can be decisive. If a player becomes just 3–5% better, that’s a big win. Heidi Johansen has excellent technique and shouldn’t normally struggle with these issues. After the training, Heidi has clearly improved at receiving balls. Her peripheral vision has also improved, allowing her to see a larger part of the court.” Coach Morten Arvidsson believes vision training is here to stay and encourages both coaches and athletes to watch for signs of poor binocular vision. Rikke improved reading and spelling, felt calmer and less sensitive to stimuli, and gained much stronger confidence.
Before: Rikke repeated 2nd grade because she couldn’t crack the reading code. Now at a special school with small classes, she was still reading at 1st-grade level. She couldn’t recognize all letters, forgot words easily, and suffered daily headaches, dizziness, poor concentration, and hypersensitivity to sound, touch, and visual stimuli. She couldn’t maintain focus, saw double at close range, and her eyes watered from strain. Her visual processing speed was slower than a 6-year-old’s. Balance, coordination, confidence, and self-esteem were all poor. She didn’t visualize mental images — she couldn’t “see” words or pictures in her mind, and she mostly dreamed in sound. During / After: She gradually began forming visual images, improved reading and spelling, and could write almost error-free text messages to her mother. She started dreaming in pictures, felt calmer and less sensitive to stimuli, and tolerated touch. She could enjoy shopping malls for the first time. She even wrote her first full imaginative story and discovered strength in logic and math. Her confidence grew, and she learned to stand up for herself — even with teachers.Rikke

Noticeably better timing, ball tracking, and balance—especially in fast rallies.
Joakim began the TrainYourEyes program due to long-standing issues with timing and balance in tennis. After only a few sessions, he noticed clear improvements. His ball tracking has improved significantly, timing is better, and balance is stronger. The training program was engaging, easy to understand, and delivered tangible progress.Joakim Bay Simonsen

After ~6 months Johan started reading books on his own—and three years later he had read major series in both Danish and English.
Before: Johan struggled with reading and attended special education. His parents were very worried. He could only converge his eyes up to 15 cm before one eye stopped focusing, had very poor eye movements, below-average visual processing, outward eye drift, poor balance, and couldn’t tolerate spinning rides. His favorite subject was woodworking; the hardest was English. After: After about 6 months of training, Johan made major progress — started reading books on his own, and even enjoyed carousel rides for the first time. Long-term results (3 years later): He has now read all the Hunger Games and Harry Potter books — both in Danish and English (“English takes longer, so the books last longer,” he says). He lost weight, gained self-esteem, ran a half marathon with his father, and now plans to study law one day.Johan

Nadia’s headaches almost disappeared, and she no longer needed a reading ruler to keep track of lines.
Nadia suffered from severe headaches and migraines several times a week, often having to go home from school. She had no energy for social activities afterward. She had been examined multiple times without clear answers. When we first saw her, she looked pale and tired. Our vision, binocular, and motor assessment showed reduced vestibular balance and overly relaxed eye muscles — she had to use excessive energy to focus. She couldn’t converge her eyes; tears streamed down when she tried. Worst of all, her eye movements were extremely strained, and she had double vision in several gaze directions. The training was tough because of her eye strain, but Nadia was determined. Together with her supportive mother, they completed the 6-month program. After a few months, the headaches nearly disappeared. She gained color in her cheeks and much more energy. She said herself that she no longer needed a reading ruler to keep track of lines and was happier and able to stay up a bit later. When asked what the best result was, she replied: “Less pain in my head – and that’s awesome!!Nadia

Less eye fatigue and noticeably better ball tracking during matches.
I used to struggle with tired eyes in the afternoons, which is obviously not ideal for a badminton player — especially when many matches take place in the afternoon, evening, or even late at night. The training was actually enjoyable, almost like a game where you constantly try to improve your score. I’ve become better at tracking the shuttle with my eyes and no longer experience the same eye fatigue.” (Quote from Søndagsavisen)Source: newspaperNiels Christian Kaldau

Major improvements in eye fatigue, coordination, endurance, and concentration.
Since elementary school, I’ve struggled with concentration and light sensitivity. I started with TrainYourEyes a year ago and followed a personalized training program. In the beginning, it was very difficult to keep the routine of three 5-minute sessions per day. The fact that much of the training was database-driven actually helped a lot. The point system in the data-based training was very motivating for me — it almost became a game to reach the next level. As for the results, I’ve noticed a major improvement in eye fatigue, coordination, endurance, and concentration — all significantly better than before.Eirik

Much better field overview, faster reactions, and more accurate passing.
He experiences a noticeably better overview on the pitch. In a match against Bremen, he spotted a player coming from the left and reacted immediately — previously he would only have noticed the player when they were much closer. His passing has also become more precise, and he generally feels more confident in his play.Anonymous

I read faster now and no longer skip words/lines or reread the same line.
During my training program with TrainYourEyes, I’ve become much better at reading without skipping words or lines, and I no longer reread the same line multiple times. My reading speed has therefore increased significantly. I also find it much easier to switch between looking at the board and taking notes without having to pause to ‘refocus’ each time.Victoria

Faster, more precise focus shifts—improved reaction time and peripheral vision as a goalkeeper.
When playing in goal and shifting attention from one side to the other, it now happens much faster and more precisely. Previously, it felt like he had to “adjust” before he could shift focus. His reaction time in new situations has improved, and so has his peripheral vision.Anonymous
