Questions about the gift card
When do the 3 months start?
When the recipient activates the code on trainyoureyes.online – not when you buy the gift. The code doesn't expire until it has been used.
How does the recipient get their code?
The code arrives in your order e-mail right after your purchase. You add it to the gift card before you print it, or write it by hand in the box on the card.
Can the gift be returned?
Yes, as with every purchase you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Read more under Returns.
What if the recipient is already training?
Then the code can be used once the current programme has ended.
